Policy Statement.
Star Offshore Energy (Nigeria) Limited is committed to:
a. Provision of Well intervention services in oil / gas and industrial sector;
b. Compliance with all relevant interested parties’ requirements (such as customers, regulatory/statutory, external providers among others); including satisfaction of our customers through the timely delivery of high quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectation.
c. Effective implementation of our organizational requirements i.e. its Management Systems & related processes and procedures;
d. Continual improvement of all its business related processes in line with requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in order to achieve its strategic direction and overall organizational performance;
e. Establishment and implementation of measurable quality objectives at relevant levels and functions to achieve its intended results of its QMS.
Responsibility for Implementation & Maintenance: The Managing Director ensures that this Quality Policy statement is communicated to relevant & interested parties including all employees in a manner that ensures suitable application to assigned tasks and continually reviewed for suitability, effectiveness and continual improvement during management review meetings.
